(you must be bored of this taxidermy stuff by now XD but i have no one else to talk to about it :/)

the guy who i got the squirrels from last week(niel) had a little bat he found while walking through the woods, he said he was gonna sell it
and i went to see one of his friends the other day, who had found some crows along the road (roadkill; he lives in the country side and hes been saving them for me if he finds them :3) and when he got out the crows he handed me a smaller bag and said i might like it; sure enough i was extatic as i pulled out a tiny little pipestrell bat :3
quite sad he was dead really; it must have been old because it had no marks on it for a cause of death. also theyr endangered, so i was very lucky that he had found it, but would prefered to have seen him flying around.

anyways, becuase its so small ive already finished the taxidermy process, and he is upstarirs ready for finishing work - attatching to the branch and a little painting whre i got superglue on its leg XD
so ill post some photos soon

and of course ive got the crows of course, which are HUGE. i meant it. they must stand a foot or more tall? lizz will have the bones from both of them, i might keep one skull for myself, and ill stuff the skins if theyr both good enough

also do you remember that beautiful rat i had? i thought grandad threw it out with the foxes but apparently he hasnt. i nearly cried when he told me. anyways i can finish that when i go back home at the weekend, its already skinned etc just needs to be stuffed. and my pheasant too, i thought she was gone, but i found her in the garage(already stuffed, half finished) and have been working on finishing it this week. all to do now is put more wire into the legs so i can attach it to the branch and add some dried grasses in the backgound. i promise some photos soon :3
other stuff is still in the salt, will work on them this weekend. as well as the crows.

also niel sugested i have one of his deers if he gets one. tiny munkjak(?) deer, about the size of a small fox. should be interesting, ive never tried anything like that. will be a bugger to collect, i have to take a 20 min train ride and a suitcase XD
